The eau-de-vie of Armagnac dates back to the Middle Ages. First used as a pharmacopoeia to revive the sick and as an antidote against the flu (special she held even today in Gascony), eau-de-vie drink became the sixteenth century, and reached its peak in nineteenth century.
It was in 1883 that Sir John Cave created his house in Armagnac Lannepax, small country house located in the heart of the area controlled appellation. Since then, several generations have passed on to distill, and raise to age the best eaux-de-vie of Armagnac. Preserved in barrels of old oak trees, they were submitted to the test of time to give birth to a delicious nectar.
Today, after more than a century of traditions passed, the stock of old ARMAGNACS thus constituted, allows us to offer our customers a unique product line of high quality, addressing an elite connoisseurs.

In 1932, the founder, Armand Fabre, undertook the activity of trade in fruits and vegetables in his shop located in the heart of the village of Fuveau (Bouches du Rhône). Half wholesaler retailer it acquired in 1939 for a trade in Marseille and its association with a banana vendor extends its activity in wholesale at full range.
