Under the direction of quality manager, all laboratory functions are centralized at the plant in Belville. Five professional do a thorough job monitoring, measurement and analysis on the prior validation and transformation processes of green coffee, up to tasting the finished product. The central laboratory, with specific tools to meet consumer requirements, is the HACCP standards.

In 1926, the Lejay Lagoute House reorganizes with Damidot. The 1934 upset the history and workings of the House that a new challenge: to create a new blackcurrant Lejay Lagoute she named SISCA. The success of the product makes it one of the jewels of the House and widely involved in its development.
After World War II, Lejay Lagoute develops the principle of the enamelled tank for storage. This new coating provides better preservation of blackcurrant liqueurs avoiding aging. Damidot the family succeeded wonderfully in combining modern technology and traditional know-how.
The family commitment continues until 2004, when the House changes direction: the Henriot family became the majority shareholder.
