In 1996, three farmers decided to join forces in creating the Piscicultures SA de Bretagne, known by its brand name "Bretagne Truite." By creating this structure of marketing and processing, they are given the means to develop their production companies, increasing the circulation of their products.
Bretagne Truite, is the manufacturing base of the Cooperative Farmers Bretons recognized OP in 2001, involving 28 sites fish in Brittany and Normandy and 3 processing plants.
