The soft Clairette has no equivalent on the market segment, so it helps to significantly increase sales in the linear sweet wines. In addition we have seen a rapid loyalty because the customer can not find as roundness, generosity and bold in the same price range. The strategy of Clairette ADISSAN is now drilling the Parisian and the North of France market. A French AOC can not actually ignore the capital if it is to be recognized nationally.

In 1895, deprived of its trade with France and its wine lovers, vineyard Ribeauvillé underwent a painful restructuring. That's when some winemakers decided to meet in a wine cooperative, on the model advocated a German theorist, generous social ideas and avant-garde: Frederick Raiffeisen. "Rappoltsweiler Winzerverein" was the first name of the Cave of Ribeauvillé first winery on our territory.
