Founded in 1924 by a group of winemakers, cellar St Gervais had three successive enlargements. Last held in 1960, bringing the capacity of the cellar to 60,000 hectoliters for a current production of 20,000 hectoliters, which allows us to work our wines without constraints and so push the extractions of our red wines to create wine guard recognized. The production of these red wines is 90% of our production.

Heirs to a long winemaking tradition, they united in 1972 and then, with others, brought the project to create an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) "Crémant de Bourgogne". The decree was published in October 1975, capping their efforts. The first Crémant (with the winemakers of the Loire) was born in France.
Since they are constantly advance in their profession, in the vineyard and in the winery to produce wines of increasingly pure, balanced, chiseled ... who are the noble expression of terroir original.

The Caves Refining Schuster are established on the Alsatian side of the Vosges, in the village of Orbey, the heart of the protected designation of origin area. The CAVES OF UZEGE, Union of Winemakers since 1973, has 10 Caves Cooperatives and Wine Fields 10 independent owners with an annual sale of more than 300,000 hectoliters.
Allowances lying in Saint Quentin la Poterie, near Uzes, the Caves of Uzege opened in the 80's a shop selling its products to individuals, that is to say essentially Wine. Given the success we have broadened our offering to Local products of our region. We carefully select our suppliers to ensure the best quality of products we sell. Our selection is ruthless and if every year new products enhance our offer, others disappear for failing to meet our customers as they would have to do.
Today we offer the public some 500 references. Our concept is simple: you fill a basket to your taste and convenience, or you choose already made: it is our "Gift Basket".

In 1907, Edmond Morise founded at the Eagle Morise institutions. Initially, the activity was very large and involved the sale of liquor to professionals and individuals. Soon, the business focused on the production of calvados under the brands "Calvados Morise" and "Calvados Forefathers".
In 1988, Jacques of Courières took over the company and since then continues to introduce its customers regional quality products. Indeed, a new line has been set up (different carafes of calvados, knob, liqueurs ... etc). These products have extended a diverse clientele: The Caen Memorial, delicatessens, wine cellars ...
