For two years, the Cave des Hautes-Côtes, we work with zeal and enthusiasm to the construction of this new identity and its expression on our wines. Indeed, the substantive work in the vineyards and in the cellar had to be relayed on marketing and business plan for a dynamic new project, internally and rewarding for our customers today and tomorrow. We are not under the illusion of the image. Founded in 1929, the Cave de Saint Paulet Vineyards has 85 members with a total area of 380 ha, including 180 in AOC.
It makes wine an annual average of 22 000 hectoliters of wine, 85% red wine and 15% in whites.
The company makes wine and sells the Cotes du Rhone and Cotes du Rhone Villages and wines of countries Gard and vin de pays d'OC 100% pure varietal Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Viognier.

C'est en 1900 que notre arrière grand-père François Pessonnier déjà viticulteur à Lansac a acquis le Château Lamothe et son vignoble. Voilà donc plus de 100 ans que notre famille perpétue l'amour de ce terroir et de son vin. Au milieu du XIXème siècle le propriétaire du Château Lamothe, Pierre Charpentier, négociant en vins à Bordeaux, donna un essor particulier aux vins du Château Lamothe en les exportant aux Etats-Unis, comme en témoigne cette bouteille de verre soufflée retrouvée lors de fouilles dans la région de Sacramento'

Thanks to the commitment of two generations, the Castle Bonnelière regained its nobility and its original vocation, vine and wine. In 1976, Pierre Plouzeau bought this homestead, renovated the castle and replanted the vineyards disappeared. In 1989, a modern winery was born and a wine "Chinon Castle Bonnelière."
