From its 1909 meters, the Mont Ventoux is the guardian of the region. Ranked Biosphere Reserve in 1990, he is a living space where winemakers, sun and mistral unite to vines of character that gave birth to TerraVentoux. The cellar TerraVentoux was born in 2003 from the merger of two cooperatives 1929: the White Rocks Mormoiron and Red Mountain Towns Auzon, producing only wine to trading. Over the years, farming methods have been refined thanks to know-how to meet the demands of quality: selection of the harvest depending on the plot and the soils, age of the vines, grape wines ... then show a tremendous energy diversifying tastes and aromatic ranges, revealing that expertise. March 5, 1926, 36 winemakers from Ingersheim and surrounding villages were facing economic turmoil: fiercely attached to their land and passed on from generation to generation expertise, they decided to use the principle of solidarity: they are thus all together to build the first foundations of the Cave Ingersheim, better known today as the Cave Jean Geiler. These winemakers, driven by their passion and determination, have contributed to the development and sustainability of their wine cellar. Fervently working in the vineyard, they always keep in mind the precious legacy of their elders.

Notre chai à barriques en pierre de taille et moellons de la région peut accueillir jusqu'à 450 barriques. Son isolation et son hygrométrie naturelle sont favorables à l'élevage des grands vins. Nous sélectionnons 4 à 6 tonneliers par an répartis dans toute la France, qui nous garantissent un approvisionnement de qualité constante.
