Halfway between Paris and Beaune, Chablis opens the golden door of the Burgundy wine region. The vineyard of 6,800 hectares, distributed on both sides of the "Serene" River spans 20 municipalities. Of the 4,700 hectares already planted the Chablisienne alone accounts for nearly 25% of the vineyard. It is present in all titles.
