In 1952, Jacques and Jeannine Chollet, just married set their sights on a small farm, near Cognac, in the municipality of St-Boutiers Trojan. About 10 hectares, 80 plots, but very few vines. Despite their youth, their courage and their two draft horses, Mirka & Baillard to work these few pieces of land, it was not enough to feed the household. After 20 years working for the family business, I take the stewardship of the SARL Cognac Chollet, my wife at my side.
