Founded in 1991 and based in Cogolin, Gulf of Saint Tropez, Cannery AT BEC FIN was born in Provence and claims his artisan status of flavors. A homemade
The different products in the range (canned and semi-preserved) are developed in COGOLIN in a lab 1400 m². After storage, the raw materials are prepared, peeled and cleaned. All preparations are made without preservatives. As for the recipes, they are inspired by the Provencal tradition, with some trade secrets treasured, even if the general public is regularly welcomed for tours of the manufacturing unit or to participate in cooking classes.
