THE EXPERIENCE:
Since 1995, La Quercynoise has been developing its activity abroad. The French gastronomy has an international renown and Clos Saint Sozy is exported to more than 20 countries as, for example, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Oversea Territories, United Arabic Emirates …. Besides, La Quercynoise also displays a HALAL range for Moslem customers.
THE CHOICE:
With the diversity of our products we can meet with all of your expectations :
The duck foies gras (livers) fresh or frozen (whole, deveined or in slices) are essential products to the chefs.
The carved meat of duck (breast, thin fillets, legs, breast in «tournedos”) is available in fresh or in frozen condition.
The foies gras and the blocks of foie gras : the quality of our foies gras is the result of our know how. Natural or associated with typical flavours from our area : figs, truffles, Safran, « Vieille Prune » brandy, etc…, the foie gras is presented in different packaging, chilled (tray, vacuum pack, tin) or sterilized (tin or glass jar).
The specialities of the South West of France : the smoked or dried duck breasts are perfect to vary your mixed salads, the rillettes with smoked breast and the mousses with 20% duck foie gras are excellent starters.
The confits (chilled or sterilized) available in legs, prime wings and gizzards are present on all the gastronomic tables of the South West of France.
The duck or goose fat : this ingredient is an essential item for our local recipes such as potatoes fried in duck fat.
THE KNOW HOW AND THE QUALITY:
Our know how and the quality of our products are recognised as La Quercynoise has won more than 35 dals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris. Thus Clos Saint Sozy associates the quality to a wide range of products to meet its customers’ needs.
