The ADIV, Technical Institute of Agro-Industrial meat industry, is a key partner in the development and innovation of downstream meat industry. It provides support and services for professionals in the downstream of slaughter for human consumption.
Its labeling ITAI (Agro Industrial Technical Institute) in 2007 reinforced this position. The ADIV also labeled CRT (Technology Resource Centre) and SRC (Contract Research Society).
The ADIV conduit 3 main types of missions, critical to the development and innovation of the meat industry:
- Programs & Collaborative partnership research for the creation of skills and methods, calls on national and European projects
- R & D programs of common interest supported by inter-professional associations and federations and professional FranceAgriMer.
- Interventions tailored to companies to help them in their development projects or training.

The AAPrA promotes diversity and quality of the products from the territories of the Aquitaine region. It thus contributes to the development of the food image of the region now enjoys a common signature banner "SOUTH WEST FRANCE."

Nature of Origin works directly with the producer, the terroir of Champagne. It meets all the conditions (clay and limestone soils, water supplies) to collect high-quality products.
