Situated in the valley of the Aude, the Cellier des Troubadours was born in 2003, the union of 4 owners growers; Bertrand Bernard, Mrs.. Escaffre Agnes, Mr. Serge Fenasse Mr. Antoine Merlos. Our cellar is a semi-buried in the form of 'L' on two floors building, with a floor area of about 700 m2. It has a fifty tanks (steel-epoxy, stainless steel, stone and polyester) 10 to 570 hl. Our vineyard consists of 100 hectares of vines (Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Carignan) It is located in Zone Designation of Origin Controlée Corbières.
