Twelve farmers and dairy farmers north of the High Alps, mountains and respectful of tradition, combined to transform their milk and to provide healthy and tasty products themselves. Collecting about one million liters of milk a year, they divide into three organic farms, a goat and eight breeding traditional agriculture.
Herds consist of mountain races: Abundance, the Tarine the Montbeliard and Alpine. Specifications and stringent ethics are respected.

We only manufacture organic products and 100% of our agricultural ingredients are from certified organic farming.
Our raw materials are selected with secure and recognized operators in the organic sector. And as often as possible in our region.
Our commitments in the long term, we support the development of the organic sector.
We seek to limit as much as our impact on our environment, and we use recycled cardboard for our cases. Printing inks are vegetable and our printers are certified "Imprim'Vert."

Alp'Union established in 1998 is located in Sisteron in Alpes de Haute Provence (04) in south-eastern France. Alp'Union was born progressive alliance of more than 80 growers in four producer organizations (POs) shareholders Alp'Union.
Today, with more than 1,000 ha of orchards, Alp'Union sells more than 52,000 tons of apples and pears packed in 3 stations pre calibration and 5 packing stations. Crop orchard management is done in the interest and respect for the environment. Apples and pears are harvested at optimum maturity under strict hygiene and safety (PFI Certification, GlobalGAP, BRC, HACCP).
We sell apples and pears of our producers shareholders on the French market, which remains the most important market to export: Scandinavia, Spain, North Africa and Middle East ... for the most important.
