Today, Olivier is the oldest chocolatier France and also one of the oldest in the world. As it has always done for nearly 230 years, the Olivier House continues to create and innovate with the finest ingredients. Our head office and chocolate manufacturing facility are located in Toulouse, France. Our shop is located in the center of Toulouse 33 Rue matabiau wall near the Victor Hugo market.
Our chef chocolatier control and is personally involved in the purchase of raw materials and throughout the manufacturing process.

Gilbert Chon and his Son, owner-winemakers operate with care and passion over 60 hectares of vineyards in the greatest respect for ancestral techniques, continuing more than three centuries of tradition. Mathurin Chon around 1719, left his native land and along the Loire, moved to St. Julien Concelles. From Burgundy plants "melon" more resistant and particularly well adapted to the climate of the ocean, he began the production of Muscadet.
