Founded in the fifties, the cider house of bricks is a family business. Located in the heart of the Cotentin, the cider house of bricks, between Valognes and Cherbourg has kept its authenticity in a region full of charm to the nature preserve. Apples are harvested mainly in the orchards of the Cotentin. They come, first traditional apple trees, and also new orchards (low cut) the apple varieties were selected by The Cider House of Brick.

Its regional supplies come in part from the production of small apple trees to make up for the decline in production from the traditional orchard. The cider factory has planted 23 hectares of small apple trees, which grow all around the buildings, making quality produce immediately available. There are thus more than 120 hectares of orchards in the Bayeux region which allow the cider factory to benefit from the constant efforts of producers to obtain good quality fruit. Once the apples are ripe, the cider factory blends varieties carefully to produce cider from pure juice.
