The Winemakers are Landreau for five generations and older Cognacs stored and aged in Montifaud Logis were produced by Emile Landreau, between 1929 and 1950 in Criteuil la Magdeleine, one of the 28 municipalities of Grande Champagne. There are a few years, Christian Landreau has chosen to limit the yields and favor the finesse and aromas of its brandies. In organic conversion since 1 September 2005, products manufactured from September 2008 will be certified AB. When Pierre Voisin created his company in Olivier Blanc company in 1972, he named it in honor of Leopold Gourmel his grandfather. The two founders actually appreciate the authenticity of this character, especially its close relationship with nature when cultivated vineyards and garden of the Ile de Ré. A respect for the environment that fits perfectly with the way they design the cognac ... And it's even Leopold, saddler by trade, which inspires the emblem of the brand: the horse's head.

We are producers of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes since 1832 and, for many years, our focus for production has the following advantages:
- Authenticity: our products exclusively from our properties. This gives us full control over their development, from harvest to bottling. Dealers and consumers are assured of a real continuity in the authenticity and quality of our products.
- Know-how for five generations of the same families working on our properties for the production of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. Transmitted from generation to generation, know-how allows us to produce a real "owner of Cognac."
- Originality & Harmony: we are one of the only owners whose vineyard extends over three of the best wines of the official region of Cognac. Thanks to this specificity, our Cognac and Pineau are our the result of a shared association between soft roundness and flexibility of Fins Bois, the violet flavor of Borderies and the fineness of the Petite Champagne.

Implanted Bouteville since the seventeenth century, Paul Giraud father to son perpetuate a tradition of inheritance. This succession of generations was a stock of old cognacs, which enables us to guarantee a constant quality and to offer rare brandies. To preserve the quality of Ugni-Blanc grapes, we are among the last to maintain the tradition of manual harvesting. We take great care to vinification and distillation, we do to the property. Aging in oak barrels is of utmost importance because it brings all its nobility to our product. Our particularly damp cellars offer exceptional flexibility and softness to our cognacs.
